If I close the sky so there is no rain, or if I command the locust to devour the land, or if I send a plague among My people, and My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, forgive their sin, and heal their land.
Heavenly Father,
You are the God who never changes, You name remains the same through all generations. Power belongs to You God. You work wonders by Your mighty hand. I am thankful that I find You to be faithful. Your faithfulness is great. In You I find love. Your love is everlasting. In Your name is hope. You have reconciled, ransomed, rescued, and ransomed us from the enemy.
As intercessors, we partner with and for the release of those who are held hostage to sin, death, and the devil. We have a ministry of reconciliation. As intercessors what we see is temporal, it is subject to change. The influence of the intercessor comes from a new language by putting the Word of God that is received from the throne room to work. Intercessors are watchmen, divine communicators, informational gifts, administrations of Heaven's agenda, easily trained to pick up what others ignore, fluent in prayer, highly awakened to Heaven's voice, movement, and perspective. We are resilient and committed interveners, interceptors, interrupters, and interpreters. Teach us the moods, emotions, environment, and atmospheres of heaven. We die to our views, opinions, judgments, criticisms, our vantage point. Keep us from personal bias. We perceive, and we convey what we survey in the Heavenlies.
As intercessors, we are to move things in prayer. We are a spokesman for Heaven. We have prayer projects, we pray into lives and we believe Heaven for answers. We pray from different levels, we get to the root of the matter and we press into complex matters. We go higher in the Spirit. We pray the Holy Scriptures, we have a clear channel to articulate the will of Heaven into the Earth.
As intercessors, we have a clear channel to articulate the will of heaven into the Earth. We see profound truths come forth and we move with the empathy of heaven. We diagnose and we partner with Heaven to move people to where You want them to be. We ask You to pull back the veil to help us to see beyond the flesh to the spirit that is at work. You can trust us to handle the secrets as we diagnosis. Teach us to deal with the root and not the fruit. Give us a revelation of the Kingdom, of the Gospel, of Your love for each of us and of grace.
I decree and declare that we are skilled in how to pray for our leaders. We are in a supportive role and we offer the right kind of support. We pray and stand with them. We pray in resources, strategies, and godly wisdom. We are trainers, multipliers, disciplers and are wise master-builders. We measure what is manifested and heighten our awareness to use prayer as a strategy to get Your agenda done on the Earth. We have praying lives! *adapted from teaching on prayer
